  • How do I rent a storage unit? Renting is easy and can be done entirely online in three simple steps:

  1. Select a Size: Choose the unit or parking space that fits your needs from our "Rent Storage" page.
  2. Enter Billing Info: Provide your payment details.
  3. Confirm Information: Finalize your rental. Once completed, you will receive an immediate access code and information via text and email so you can move in instantly.

  • Do you offer any move-in specials or discounts? Yes! We currently offer 30% off for the first FOUR months on all new storage unit rentals. (Please check availability on our website as promotions are subject to change).
  • Can I pay my bill online? Yes. You can rent units and pay your bill online 24/7 through our website. We aim to make the rental experience as hassle-free as possible.
  • Who do I contact if I have questions during the rental process? You can call us at (208) 772-5000. Our support team is available 7 days a week to assist you.

  • What sizes of storage units are available? We offer a wide variety of drive-up self-storage sizes to fit anything from personal items to large vehicles. Common sizes include:
  • 5' x 15'
  • 8' x 16'
  • 10' x 10'
  • 10' x 20' (Fits cars, SUVs, and most trucks)
  • 10' x 25'
  • 11' x 24' (Suitable for small trailers or boats)
  • 12' x 30' (Large door frame: 10' wide, 11-12' tall)
  • 20' x 30' (Triangular unit, fits 3-4 vehicles)
  • 18' x 40' (XL Storage with Power)

  • Do you have units with electricity? Yes, we have an XL Storage with Power (18' x 40') unit available. Please contact us directly to check for availability on this specific unit.
  • How do I know what size unit I need? We offer a "Self Storage Size Guide" on our website to help you plan. Whether you are storing items from a one-bedroom apartment or a three-bedroom house, we can help you find the right fit. You are also welcome to call us for a viewing.

Vehicle Storage & Parking

  • Do you offer outdoor parking for RVs and boats? Yes, we have uncovered outdoor parking spaces available in the following sizes:
  1. 10' x 20' (Car Parking)
  2. 12' x 35' (RV/Boat Parking)
  • What are the requirements for storing a vehicle? To rent a parking space or store a vehicle, you must meet the following requirements:
Condition: Vehicles must be well-maintained. No flat tires and no tow drop-offs are allowed.
Documentation: You must provide a picture of the vehicle and the license plate at the time of rental.
Insurance: Proof of insurance is required.

  • Can I store my car inside a unit? Yes, several of our larger units (such as the 10x20, 11x24, and 12x30) are designed with drive-up access and roll-up doors specifically to fit cars, SUVs, and most trucks.

  • How soon can I move in? You can move in instantly! As soon as you complete the online rental process, you will receive your access code via text or email immediately.
